Cold Play is an English rock band that was formed in 1996 by their lead vocalist,
Chris Martin. Cold Play received worldwide fame with the release of their hit
single, “Yellow” in the year 2000. Their fourth studio album, Viva
la Vida or Death and All His Friends (2008) earned rave reviews and several Grammy
wins. Cold Play has won numerous awards including seven Grammy Awards out of 20
nominations, six Brit Awards, and four MTV Video Music Awards. Cold Play has sold
