Roslyn Kind was born and raised in New York and now makes her home in Los Angeles. Her unmistakable singing style accounts for her popularity across the United States in theaters, nightclubs and concert halls,and sold out appearances in England, France, Budapest, Hungary, Germany and Canada.
Her career began the day she graduated high school to cut her first record with RCA; and from that time she has continued to develop her craft. Along the way, Roslyn has released albums and singles that confirm the unique, rich and lyrical depth of her performances.
Also familiar to Broadway audiences, Roslyn has starred in "Three From Brooklyn" at the Helen Hayes Theater and the Off Broadway musical "Show Me Where The Good Times Are", getting rave reviews. Her acting skills were also critically acclaimed in a star-studded, limited engagement Los Angeles production of "Elegies". directed by Marshall Mason.
Roslyn's film roles include "I'm Going To Be Famous" and "The Underachievers". On television, her numerous credits number the hit NBC-TV Movie of the Week "Switched At Birth". a recurring guest-starring role on the NBC comedy series "Gimme a Break", a guest-starring role on the hit sit-com "The Nanny", and as a featured guest on numerous shows including "Saturday Night Live", "The Tonight Show", "Good Morning America", "The Morning Show", "Scoop with Sam & Dorothy" and much more.
